How do I pause my storefront?

If you are not able to ship new orders for a period of time, you can use the Vacation Mode to pause your storefront.

How to activate Vacation Mode 

If you would like to set your storefront in Vacation mode, please follow the steps below:

1. Login your Orderchamp backoffice
2. Go to the desired sales channel on the left hand menu
3. Click on “settings”
4. Edit your vacation period under the "Order management" tab
5. Click the “Update” button

IMPORTANT:

• Notification: You will not receive our emails that  inform you about  your open tasks on Orderchamp 
• Dropshipping: Your Inventory is set to zero (0) during the Vacation Mode, to avoid any long delays with dropshipping orders
