Setting up auto-rules for collections

Auto-rules let you populate collections automatically based on filter conditions. Define a set of rules and Orderchamp will keep the collection in sync — no more manual updates when products are added or changed.

What you can filter on

• Price (minimum unit price)
• MSRP
• Total inventory
• Weight / Shipping weight
• Number of times sold
• Last order date
• Marketplace category
• Sales channel (Marketplace, Dropshipping, Portal)
• Specific storefront

How to create an auto-rule

1. Go to Products > Collections in the Backoffice.

2. Open an existing collection or create a new one.

3. Switch to the Auto-rules tab.

4. Add up to 20 conditions using fields such as price, inventory or sales channel.

5. Choose "Match all conditions" (AND) or "Match any condition" (OR).

6. Save. The collection is automatically populated and stays up to date as products change.

Manual products are always preserved

Auto-rules only manage products they have added. Any product you have manually added to the collection stays put — even if it does not match the rules.

How many rules can I set per collection?

You can combine up to 20 conditions per collection.

Can I combine AND and OR logic in one collection?

Each collection uses one logic mode: either match all conditions (AND) or match any (OR). For more complex logic, create multiple collections.
